Windsurfing: The Dip-Felixstowe
Wind Direction: s
Wind Stength: 7/15
Surf / Sea State: big :(
Air Temperature: 25
Sea Temperature: 16
Weather: sunny
Max Speed: 20.46 (knots - unless stated otherwise)
Distance Covered: 27.52 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)

Found out late last night that work was cancelled which left me free to sail all day and with a good morning forecast 15 to 20 mph it was looking good and as usual the wind didn't play ball here on the East coast :( I checked out the Manor first and measured 7 mph so went to The Dip to met Steve C and Chris P and the wind picking up I rigged 7.5 to go on the zantos but Steve went out on his 7.3 and just wallowed :( so had no choice but to rig the 9.4 and take out the raceboard - will it ever be windy enough to sail a short board here ??? I beat up to The Manor but very light , came in for lunch and did the trip three miles up the coast three more times and every time the wind was too light - good at times but mostly under, shame really as lovelly hot sunny day just more wind required !!! Also the sea was very big for the light winds and I missed a bargin when Steve C old his gt-31 to Chris !!! anyone else got a gt-31 going cheap ???
